Who is Aero Charter New England?
Aero Charter New England is the newest premier air carrier in the New England area! Our focus is to bring affordable private travel to anyone and everyone looking to get away. Whether it be for business or pleasure, we've got you covered! Beginning service last August, we have already had an abundance of trips, and looking to expand during this upcoming season. Stay Tuned!
How do we operate?
We are an FAA Approved Part 135 Air Carrier (3N3A135Q), which to our customers means that we are an 'on demand' charter company, with no scheduled service to any location. Whenever, wherever, we are here for YOU!
What is your cancellation policy?
Free Cancellation up to 72 hours prior to departure. Anything between 72 and 48 hours, 1/2 the full fare will be charged. Trip cancellations within 48 hours prior to departure will be charged a full fare.
What do I need to provide prior to boarding the aircraft?
All we need is to see a valid photo ID (license or passport) for all passengers above the age of 18 years old.
Is there WiFi onboard?
Unfortunately, there is no WiFi aboard our Navajo Chieftain. This aircraft tends to fly trips that are anywhere from 30 minutes to 2:00 minutes. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the view!
Is there inflight service provided?
Our aircraft seats 7 passengers MAX, so we are not required under FAA Regulation to have a flight attendant on board. We do, however, provide drinks and snacks on every flight that our customers can help themselves to.
Can I bring my pet?
The short answer is YES. However, we do need prior request to bring a pet onboard the aircraft, so make sure to request this permission before signing the contract.
Luggage?
Our aircraft can accommodate luggage for every passenger, don't worry! HOWEVER, please be mindful of luggage types. Soft sided rolling bags and duffles are requested, as multiple hard sided bags are very difficult, sometimes impossible to fit. If you have any concerns about luggage and weights, let us know. GOLF CLUBS are permitted, but require prior permission when booking!
Cost and Payment
We quote our trips for the entire aircraft, not by the seat. The final signed quote will be the actual fare and no additional cost will be added. We include all taxes, airport fees, and wait time (if needed). The credit card provided will be billed out for $1.00 seventy two hours prior to the flight, and the remaining due will be billed at the conclusion of the trip, by days end.
